The World Woof Cup, Week 4: The Trophy Is Found

In week 4 of the soccer-themed World Woof Cup (June 2026), Metro Animals daycare dogs in Fort Worth and Plano searched lockers for a hidden trophy and took on final speed recall and focus-building challenges.

After weeks of investigation, training and teamwork, Barksville’s pups finally cracked the case. A member of the Chaos Cats was caught red-pawed delivering a second ransom note, which revealed that an even bigger mastermind may have been behind the missing trophy all along.

The Chaos Cats let slip that the trophy was hidden in a locker, but not which one, so the players put their thinking caps on and opened as many as they could. In the end, the trophy turned up inside a newspaper-wrapped parcel, just in time for the championship match.

Final evaluations

Solving the mystery was not the only challenge. Throughout the week, the canine superstars completed their final evaluations, from speed recall challenges to desensitization exercises and focus-building activities. On game day the All-Stars packed their bags with everything they needed for warm-ups and the game, and the referees put the players to the test to make sure they could keep their manners under pressure before the spotlight game.

This week’s menu

• The Evidence Locker Recovery — with a Chaos Cat finally caught and new information revealed, the search narrows.
• The Final Walk-Out — stepping into a structured match-day environment.
• The Referee’s Signal Challenge — proving they can respond correctly under pressure.
• The Kit Check Interaction — a full kit check for every player before the final.
• The Final Sprint & Recall Challenge — speed and control put to the test.

Success is not only about talent. It is about preparation, confidence and having the right team beside you, and just like Barksville’s heroes, every dog deserves a chance to shine.
