Metro Animals is a family-owned pet-care company established in 2005 in Fort Worth, Texas. We provide dog daycare, overnight boarding, professional grooming, a self-serve pet wash, and pet taxi service at four locations — three in Fort Worth and one in Plano. Our motto says it all: it’s a great day to play! Over the years, our community and the pet-care industry have taken notice, and this page gathers those honors in one place.

In the 2024 Daycare Games — a national competition hosted by The Dog Gurus in which dog daycares across the country compete in skill events like Recall, Group Sit, and Gate Boundary — Metro Animals finished first in the Large Class in which dog daycares from across the country put their skills, care, and creativity to the test. Metro Animals earned 64 medals (24 gold, 19 silver, 21 bronze) and 131 points — the highest score in the country. See the official final standings.
