Dependable Service

Overnight Boarding is available to currently enrolled daycare dogs. Your pup will be playing in our spacious yards with their furry friends and our Pack Leaders for most of their day. We fill up quickly during the major holidays throughout the year, so please refer to our holiday fees and deposit requirements listed below.

Metro Animals requirements:

Current vaccinations (including Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella) – No need for paper records. We can call your vet for you!
Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and fully vaccinated for Rabies, DHPP and Bordetella.
Dogs 6 months and older must be spayed/neutered.
No pregnant dogs are allowed.

Reservation Policies:

Please bring your dog’s food clearly marked, and we will provide the beds, blankets, and toys!
Drop-offs before 2pm are charged a Full Day of Daycare. Drop-offs after 2pm are charged a Half Day of Daycare. All Boarding dogs must to be dropped off by 5pm.
If you pick up by 9am the day of pickup, no daycare charge will apply for that day.
If you pick up between 12 noon and close, a full daycare day charge will apply.
If you would like a bath before pickup, we will need to know an estimated time of pick up so that your dog can be ready to go!
We administer medication if needed for no additional charge.

*We recommend newly adopted adult dogs settle into their new home for at least 3 weeks before starting daycare to get comfortable with their new family and home.
*Metro Animals strongly recommends 3 days of daycare prior to your dog’s first overnight stay with us to ensure their comfort level and to meet all their new human and furry friends ahead of time.

Holiday Policies

For New Years Eve/Day, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas, there will be an additional $15 charge per dog.
Boarding stays for the week of Spring Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas, and New Years Eve/Day will require a $50 Deposit to hold the space(s). It will be applied toward your balance at checkout.

Cancellations 48 hour prior to stay will be refunded.
