ACCESSIBILITY

Last updated: August 24, 2026

Metro Animals is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people using assistive technologies. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site regularly with automated and manual accessibility testing.

What We’ve Built In

• Keyboard access to navigation, forms, and dialogs (press Esc to close any pop-up)
• A “Skip to content” link for screen-reader and keyboard users
• Text alternatives for images and titles on embedded media
• Color contrast that meets AA standards, with visible focus indicators

Found a Barrier?

If any part of this site is difficult for you to use, please tell us — we’ll fix it and gladly help you complete whatever you were trying to do by phone or email in the meantime: info@metroanimals.com, or call any location — numbers are on our locations page.

Booking and customer accounts run on Gingr, our pet-care platform; if you encounter accessibility issues in the booking portal, contact us and we’ll complete your booking for you.
